Return,Exchange & Advance Payment Policy

At Chronox Prime, we maintain strict quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Once an order is placed and delivered, the amount paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Exchange Policy Only
We offer exchange only under the following conditions:

  • Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

3. Exchange Terms

  • Exchange is allowed only for another product available in our store

  • If the new product has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference

  • If the new product has a lower price, the remaining amount will not be refunded or adjusted

4. Shipping Charges
All shipping costs related to exchange are the responsibility of the customer:

  • Return shipping (customer → us)

  • Delivery shipping (us → customer)

5. Non-Exchangeable Cases
We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Used or worn products

  • Damaged items due to misuse

  • Products without original packaging

6. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear proof (photos/videos). We will review and provide a suitable resolution.

7. Advance Payment / Order Confirmation
To confirm certain orders, we may require an advance payment (e.g., Rs. 1000).

  • This advance is strictly non-refundable in case of cancellation by the customer

  • The advance is used to reserve stock and process the order

  • If the customer cancels after paying the advance, the amount will not be refunded

  • In some cases, the advance may be adjusted for another order at our discretion (not guaranteed)

8. Agreement
